What is your point? You and I both know that plenty of african high schoolers (or high school aged) run or have run sub 4, and we also both know he isn't an America citizen. Both are facts. What is your problem with them?

But while we are talking about factual records that prove something... care to produce anything for our resident 22 year old New Jersey "high school" stud? Like...gee maybe a birth certificate?
It has nothing to do with me being foolish. I just worry that this is becoming one of those things that people have been throwing around so long that people have accepted it as the truth without any verification. And if there's none on record, then how do you arrive at "myriads"?
