Really? How many marathons has Dot Mcmahan done and you're going to compare the tailwind aided grandmas this year with nyc and Pritz's first? Dot will remain a thirty something nobody while Pritz continues developing.

Is that true? No man has ever broken 2:40 in the World Triathlon Championships. Only 5 women have ever broken 3:00 in the World Triathlon Championships with the best being 2:52. I realize Kona is probably a lot tougher (and more accurate) than the average race, but are women routinely running 2:42 in Ironmen races?
Yeah, I don't know where that came from. The top MEN have a hard time running 2:40 marathon after swimming, biking. I remember Dave Scott and Mark Allen competing for World Titles running just a little better than 7 minute miles.
Overheard last month at a race from a former Hanson member
"Molly is one of the nicest and most unassuming people you ever want to meet. These rumors are so far off base it not even funny.
But the Hansons on the other hand should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat some of the youngsters who seek their help. Talk about dictators, double standards and worker exploitation.
So glad that I and many others where able to escape. That is what it felt like, an escape."
Puts a little diffeent spin on things doesn't it.
Personally only met her once. She seems nice and humble. I tend to belive what I overhead based on what I have heard from others as well.
Tracked her this past weekend on the new web app and she looks like she ran a great race expect for pushing a little too early (mile 17) and paying for it the last few miles. But not bad for a rookie.
Also watched her interviews on FlowTrack and she seems nice and personable and honest. Not sure why some people on here don't like her, probably jealousy or holding an old personal grudge.
I'm so sick and tired of removing posts on this.
I guess this is a public warning to the poster posting all this crap.
Stop now.
You have been harassing Molly on here for months. Every time you post we record your ip address and a cookie. We can't tell for certain who you are but if we make all your posts available in one spot and all the other names you post under available, I'm pretty sure someone on here will figure it out.
I'm pretty sure that is the publicity you do not want.
The ball is in your court.

I am impressed with Molly's marathon, and she is quite intelligent about running, recovery & training etc, based on her interview. I have a feeling she will run quite well in the trials.
YOU TELL'EM WEJO.
Her performance is impressive. Easy to feel good about her performance, especially compared to Fleshman's payday.
Everyone speeds up on First Avenue
because you've been alone on the bridge
and you come downhill into Manhattan and
you hit the crowds and sometimes you can
get a nice tailwind between 16 and 17
and the adrenaline is pumping and the pace
quickens as you know you have less than ten to go.
Molly ran way smarter than Lauren.
At least Molly's Half Marathon races
showed she was ready for something between 2:30
and 2:32. Did Lauren ever run a test race
this Summer or Fall to know what pace to
attempt at NYC?
But you allowed people to excoriate Heather Utrata? I haven't read the posts about Molly Pritz (maybe they're more awful than I can imagine), but I'm really confused about your response to the poster, given that your conscience somehow allows you to let horrible sexism run rampant on this board.
I have never posted on this site in my life (check my ip wejo), but have lurked for years. I know from first hand experience that Molly is a first class DRAMA QUEEN. I laugh at all the shit I read on this site about Molly for one reason. I have been a victim. I am not at all surprised that a runner of Molly's caliber has been asked to leave a program like Hansen's. I would have expected it. I don't even know any of the players involved in Molly's drama, but find it humorous that it follows her everywhere and she always plays the role of the victim.
Nice race in New York Molly but you will still have to live with yourself.

I met Molly and year and half ago and started working with her this past summer (post Hansons) as her coach, so we talk regularly. I have always found Molly to be a very hard working, positive, nice person and someone with a good head on her shoulders who is driven to suceed.
Since I have known her she has handled herself with class and very much took the high road in New York whenever the difficult subject of the Hansons came up.
I am not sure what else you can ask of anyone. Obviously you have some bad blood concerning Molly and well OK, we all have some people who don't like us. But I find it rather cowardice to attack someone anonomously on a message board, and to wait to do so until they are in the spotlight and you are tuck safely away.
Those of us who know Molly are proud of her, the way she has handled herself over the past several months, and the fact that she has managed to still retain her positive attitude and work ethic.
Her results in New York futher display who she is. It is not an easy thing to make your debut in the biggest marathon in the world. But she did and was successful. That speaks alot to who she is. She has shown great grace under pressure, especially for someone just 23 yrs old.

They don't even live in the same state. Mark will be fine.
I'm not going to post any accusations, but it seems that there have been multiple claims to incidents involving Molly. There is one incident I know first hand to be true and other incidents that could very well be rumors. All I know is that it seems Molly has chosen to move on from this past and focus on what she really cares about.
I don't know Molly, other than seeing her interview, which gives me a very good impression.
It is obvious who the drama queen is, the one who keeps trying to cast disparagement on this thread and elsewhere.
This girl is delusional. She reminds me of a Black Widow. Be careful she eventual believes her own crap. Oh, and she loves this attention, even if it's negative.
I know Molly from college and am not very good friends with her, but I've heard several people describe Molly this way and I think it's perfect. Shes a very intelligent girl with such a vibrant personality and that makes you love her or hate her (the back and forth arguments on this board shows that). She firmly believes in living life to the fullest and her friends absolutely adore her. Despite what people say on this message board molly has lots of friends in running and even more outside of running. The geology department at bucknell absolutely loves her. Maybe shes so highly debated because she took such a weird path in running, but anyone who knows molly should know she doesn't follow the norm with anything..whether you love it or hate it.
So how good a cyclist was Pritz in college? In one interviewed I read Pritz mentioned that she considered a career in professional cycling. Was she that good a cyclist?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
