I'm starting back to running after some down time due to some nagging injuries, and since for now my mileage is so low and I'm only running every other day, I'm gearing up with vibes to focus on rebuilding some foot strength.
What has surprised me is that I develop hot spots on my feet after runs of only 2-3 miles. They don't form in the same place everytime: sometimes on the pad beneath a big toe, sometimes towards the outer part of one of my feet, sometimes around the heel, etc. If I were to go long, my feet would no doubt end up a blistery mess.
How does this happen with a skin-tight shoe that doesn't feel like it's slipping? Anyone else experience problems with blistering in vibes?
