Out of curiousity, how many miles per week are you typically running? How about the top guys on your team... are they running the same miles or more than you?
Everyone except our #1 guy has been running the same thing at practice, i'll say our miles per week have been at about..30-40? We haven't had a "official" long run in about a week now, but they are expecting us to run on our own (i do) we've been doing fartleks,intervals, etc. since districts is 1 week from today.
Our top guy does 60mpw-70? Hes on a way other league then us though...

These times are not "official" this is what i remember from practices when doing intervals so not a super race pace but here we go
100- No Idea, but i'll take a guess its about 13 seconds or 12 since i am the "fastest"
200 - consistent 28s
400 - Best one ever has been a 1:03 which i have done twice, and each time was at the end of a speed day our 400 was the last thing or second to last thing to do.
800 - 2:46 Did this one in intervals about 2-3 weeks ago (didn't stay consistant 2:46 dropped down to 2:50,2:53, then 2:58 or close to it) but your asking for PR's
1600 - My fastest known 1600 PR's this season has been a 5:50 which was in a race, we haven't done mile repeats in about a month now and i didn't get to actually race track season because i got injured, but before i was injured i was running 5:30's..but it has been about 8months?

And for that workout, every mile i have exactly 90 seconds until i start the next one?
