Leave Ian alone, he has been struggling with issues all year. He trains harder than nearly all the people on here. Training hard involves risks but can have high payoffs. Try and support runners through a tough time don't just post on here and tear them down!

Not tearing him down, think hes a boss for training hard but I'm not sure 140mpw so fast is the best thing to do. 80's are legit

Where do you guys keep track of his training? If he's running 140/week, he should think about jumping into a post-season half marathon.
