I know for Pennsylvania it is definitely penntrackxc.com (milesplit) but I know a couple of kids from Massachusetts that like tracktalk, and a lot of other kids are into dyestat.
In NC, ncpreptrack.com is a popular site for race results, and maintains all-time lists for various track events and XC courses, but I don't think it has a messageboard. Unfortunately I think they are going to stop posting results.
In California is it probably still DyeStatCal.com, although since the takeover by ESPN it has gotten a lot worse. I wish someone else would start something better.
We use athletic.net here in Oregon, but it has spread to be national and even international. I wish more schools would use it because it is quite convenient.
Athletic.net is awesome, but it definitely is not a message board.
In CT Ron Knapp puts out www.mysportsresults.com with results of all 3 seasons plus any summer stuff sent to him, with state records and meet pictures. He does an awful lot for CT.
Maryland has www.runningmaryland.com it is a pretty good site all of the results, videos, and stories. It also does race entries, and timing.
NY has a great high school XC/track resource, compiled by Bill Meylan:
It doesn't have a messageboard, but its a great source for results

And don't forget his speed ratings. They are very cool and amazingly accurate.
Ha indianarunner, you'd think they put more effort into the website....
in this day and age a ten year old could do better

Haha i cant tell if u r being sarcastic or not. The site has all the results from every meet, top 50 team rankings, top 25 individuals per semi-state, training blogs ofsome top runners, meet of the week preview, fantasy cross country, top 25 all-state predictions, and much more.
In Virginia, there is Milestat.com. They have a messageboard, and keep a catalogue of every VA runner and their pr's, as well as race results. However, because of the fees and registration required, there are only like 6 people who post on the message board, and two of them are trolls. Also, the guy who runs the site once devoted the main article the day after the state meet to a complaint about uniform rules after one of the runners he coaches got DQed, rather than the runners who dressed correctly and won the race.
