So I have this hill that I have been running. It is 1/5 of an mile and is about 30 or 35% grade and curvy. I run it in 115 6 times recovering on the way down. After I do 100 and 200 sprints, about 4 to 6 of each. This is on Tuesday. The question I have for the more experienced runners. How does this effect you for races 2 or 3 days later? I ran a 5k last night and didn't hit my expected time by about 15 seconds. I need some opinions...............I want to do this hill and need to know how much recovery I might need before racing.
