So, it has been very hot and humid here this week (90+ degrees). The last 3 days I have gotten a serious nosebleed during my run...I try to drink lots, I've used saline spray to try to keep my nose moist, but no luck. I do have allergies, but haven't been especially congested lately. I had the same problem last year in hot weather.
Does anyone have any suggestions so I don't come back from a run looking like an accident victim? (It is sometimes difficult to get the bleeding to stop, and I end up kind of light-headed...)
If it matters, I am 16 yr old girl, running around 50 mi/week...
