Hey Guys,
I coach the distance crew at a high school, so I work mainly with 800 meters and up runners. We have a couple girls that are really talented 200/400 meter runners, but unfortunately the coach who works with them really doesn't know what he's doing. What type of summer running do sprinters usually do? I've set something up, but I don't know if it's too much mileage, too little, etc. If anyone has any advice, that'd be great. Thank you.
