singlet etiquette

So, what are some general rules regarding wearing running singlets that where not issued to you by a team, club or sponsor? Like how big of a toolbag are people for wearing OTC, USA or Kenya singlets (assuming you bought them instead of earning them)? Also, anyone know where to buy cheap, non offensive singlets?

I don't see the big deal in wearing an OTC, USA, or Kenya singlet that you bought. I do however see a problem with those Norditalia singlets because it's a company profiting from a guy's death.
