sub 15 and sub 24 based on "not much training" If you were in pretty good shape your mile equals 14:10-15 2 mile and 23:20-30 Good luck!
well considering you did not train that time is amazing. You could probably go sub 9:30 2 mile and sub 15:30 5k with training.
