Ok, I should have clarified something first. When I'm not doing any structured workouts (like my current training), I will typically run a little faster for my daily runs. Again, I still abide by the same "never push anything" philosophy, but because of the lack of workouts, some of my runs turn into progression runs, where they finish pretty quick. Once workouts start, most of the time, these type of runs go away.
