+1.I'm settling in on "Train for 10Ks, run the odd 13.1 off your 10K training, leave 26.2 for runners of all paces who enjoy 50+/mi a week" as what I tell normal people when ask me if they should do a marathon.(And anyone who routinely runs marathons on less volume and enjoys it, more power to you. Keep doin' what you're doin'.)
