Martin & Coe have been touted already on this thread. Those aware of their training program would certainly consider 3K pace to be aerobic capacity work. Look it up, LOLOLOL. You and the other sprint-phobic poster on this thread could learn a lot from them.
It's nice of Bob Schul to stop by and lend credence to Coe's multi-pace philosophy. I'm not sure what more the detractors (LOLOLOL, Skuj, etc) need.
