Either out of SIU and ISU
ISU all the way
Missouri State.... oh wait, my former university is stupid and cut the program.
I like Valley's picks except I would put evansville ahead of wichita. As for Individuals I think it's Dan Dunbar, followed closely by Mroczynski and Vandenabeele.
As much as I'd like to see SIU upset ISU there is no way that will happen.
If it does, that means ISU screwed up royally because there is no way SIU is as good as those guys.
The Valley as a whole looks to be down this year. Dunbar is the best individual by far. ISU has the best pack. Other than that, not a lot of excitement in the MVC.
Drake with the upset over ISU and SIU in a tight one.
it'll basically be a dual meet between SIU and Indiana State with the Illinois State kid in the top 5 to break things up. After the top 2, who knows??
agreed on Dunbar being the best runner though. ISU's pack is pretty close.

Missouri State still has a program. Just not a men's team.
Thanks Greg.
never understood why MSU dropped men's track and CC, that did not help the MVC.
They told us it was due to money issues.
But in reality it was due to Title VI being used the wrong way by MSU.
The coaches and area runners did everything they could to stop it but they already had their mind made up.
I suspect you meant Title 9

They don't use Roman numerals at Missouri State.
I think it really comes down to ISU and SIU with UNI and D coming in 3rd and 4th. Right now ISU has the clear advantage with their pack up front;
I think there is a huge X factor that many people are overlooking, that being Colin Hagan from Drake. He has been a bit inconsistent this year but I could see him throwing down a big race and placing in the top 10. If i'm right I think that drake can move up into that top 2 and could really surprise a lot of people
I could see Drake 3rd or 4th, but their depth isn't quite as good as what ISU and SIU have. Drake's 3-5 runners would need monster PR's to get top 2

You obviously haven't seen how their 3-5 runners have PR'ed every race this season...
