The first four, as long as they are in the top 20 from teams in that region that go the NCAAs. So, if Oregon, Stanford and UCLA all go to NCAAs, none of those count in the four but they do count in the twenty. So, if Stanford puts all 7 in the top 20 and Oregon likewise, and UCLA gets 3, then there are only 3 slots left (20-(7+7+3)=3).
