Tuesday: 15' warm up, 2x200 @ mile pace, 4x1000m @ 5k pace, 2x400m all out, 15' cool down.
Wendesday: 3x1200 @ 5k, 2x1200m @5k.
Thursday: 6 miles in 60 minutes.
Friday: off or maybe some yoga.
Saturday: race
Sunday: off
I run about 18:30 or so. Where can I be if bump this up? I've run 2:08/4:45 in track.
