I have a runner that did 5x800 @2:55 w/2:30 rec.
Now this is already 10sec sub race pace and
He felt good and was hitting 2:48-2:50. I didn't
Hold him back and now im worried he will peak early
Or overtrain. Should i be worried? Or is this ok from
Time to time or even all the time; even if race
Performance doesnt match workouts?
