This is great information, thank you again for posting. Could you possibly break down a week of 10k or 5k training? I would be interested in knowing how much different it would be from this marathon training you have posted above.
Also, since hs and collegiate runners are about to enter cross country season, what additional changes would you make to adapt well to the hills, grassy surface, uneven footing etc.. of a cross country course?
