I'm in my 40's and still trying to improve my sprint. I was a decent middle distance type back in college, but my sprint has been weak. I seem to have a good "kick", but the front of my stride is problematic. I don't have very good knee lift and it shortens the front of my stride and causes me to trudge my foot.
I'm interested in any exercises I can do to improve the front of my stride. Any exercises or hints?
