We have an inflated roof over our indoor track (similar to the metrodome) One of our teammates asked, "If I jumped out of a helicopter on top (of the building), how far will I bounce?"

I have a similar story to tell. Well, it too involves altitude/elevation. A teammate asked what the elevation of New York City was. I said "I don't know, no more than one or two-hundred feet at it's highest point, I guess." He responded with this gem: "How can New York be at a lower altitude than here (a city in Tennessee) if it's further North?" Apparently the direction 'North' is vertical.
Another good one. I asked my teammate if he ran over Christmas break. He said it snowed a lot but he got his runs in by standing in front of a mirror and moving his arms in a running motion for 30 minutes. I shit you not.
