I've heard so many good thing about shoes that help runners acheive barefoot like running, and I want to try it. I have worn the Adrenaline with Superfeet for four(two with Superfeet) years, however I want to start wearing more minimalist shoes like the Frees. I am currently training for a half-marathon, after this week I'll be done with 41 miles, and will progress to 61 in 10 weeks.
Should I make the change now? I really want to try the 3.0's, but if the 5.0 is better at first, I'll buy those. I have have wide feet and I've never had a foot or leg injury besides shin splints from when I first started running over four years ago.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
