1. Denison University. where I went, in Ohio. gorgeous campus. Colorado Mountain College is another. anywhere in Oregon.
2. persistence hunting is awesome. it's the only true way to hunt. people who use weapons are wimps.
I've seen deer out at dawn (for cross country meets) and midday and dusk for training runs. There are literally deer out in the fields everytime I'm there. I'm not sure how many miles of trails ( There has to be at least 50 ) but they're nice and compacted dirt. Very wide and strictly used for running, walking, and biking owned by the school. I've never tramped through woods chasing deer, but I'd say the woods there are about as good as they get. There are many a fine southern woman there also.
State College, PA is close to some great trails and dirt roads. Desales is nice, a few miles of trails. Lehigh's athletic campus is great, hosted D1 nationals several times plus there is a tow path from Allentown to Bethlehem to Easton.
Are there good trails around the Villanova campus right outside Philly? It's in the suburbs so is it all just paved roads?

University of Akron. Once you are 3 minutes off of campus there are lots of crack houses, meth heads, and gang thugs. Gives ya quite a work out!
apparently it worked for someone named Mayton Clurphy ...
I suggest a cabin in the wilds of Montana. Just a single room. When not chasing deer you can mail stuff to people. Do some writing, etc.
Did you want to move to where there might be job, or is that not priority?
NE Ohio too wooded? Don't deer like to live where there are wooded areas?
