I am having some major aches aroud my IT band. I have been trying the icing/ibuprofen routine for the past few days after taking three off. This thing still is aching while I run, some much to the fact that I have been compensating for it and now my hip hurts. What else is there to do? Any help would be great, I don't get to see my trainer very much because he is only on campus for short times and I am either in class or at home icing. What can I do???
