I bought a pair of Nike Free Everyday shoes at the end of October and have really liked them, with one large caveat. After wearing them for about 300 miles, I am still getting bad blisters on the inside of my big toe. It usually only happens when I go more than ten miles or so, but I can feel the friction on shorter runs too. In an attempt to fix it I cut the shoe open where they were rubbing and cut the little rubber piece connecting the upper to the lower. I took out the insoles a long time ago, which didn't make any noticeable difference. Still getting nasty blisters. I wonder if maybe they're just too small, or maybe not the shoes for me. I really like the idea of the frees and don't want to go back to stiff shoes, but live in Montana, so need some sort of decent footwear for the snow.
