Anybody use the Saucony Kilkenny XC3 spike for indoor track or is it worth buying new indoor track spikes?

bump.
I used those spikes when I was in high school and my freshman year of college. I've switch now to the miler (normal track plate) for cross and either the miler or victories for track. You'll be fine if you wear them. I know a 14:40 guy who used to race in them. They are definitely more shoe than you need, though. You can get a pair of milers for 40 bucks. I might think about that. It's about the best shoe you can get for your dollar.
The XC3 is only 6.6 ounces.
Footlocker doesn't have the miler in a size 10 (mens).
i love the kilkenny...i raced in it in XC and will use it for longer races on the track (3k and up)
