There have been tons of these topics on here I know. I have searched and read a lot of peoples stories. I just needed more advice.
My achilles was a bad one, well nothing too major where I needed surgery or anything. I had to take a couple of months off and it sucked. I didn't do no cross training or anything. I saw a PT guy and didn't seem to do much. I tried massage and that didn't work either. I have found acupucture worked the best. My tendon is still not small and is big. I have ran for a few weeks now and there is 100 percent no pain. I am running about an hour a day. Some runs I am able to finish very strong the last mile. I am going over hills and all, still no pain. I just can't believe my AT is still big and doesn't want to get small. What do you all think?
