You can't "come down" with celiac disease. It's not the flu here.
you can come down with food allergies later in life that you didn't have as a child especially with compromised digestive tract due to antibiotics and other meds...

Real pizza is quite nutritious. Cheap pizza is horrible for you. Eating Papa John's every day won't be too great for you. Eating pizza from a quality place every day is probably ok, though variety is more healthy.
I once met an ultra runner who would eat pizza while he ran. He has a huge following and is admired by elite runners.
I seem to have forgotten his name though.
