So I've thought over it, and I'm thinking about just trying this out... not just for the money, but to see the limits of my body. Basically, try running the miles for 1, 2, 3 etc days and if I'm really feeling tired/feeling an injury come on, I'll stop and go back down/take it easy the rest of the week.
I'm going to be taking iron supplements as well, I already take them a few times a week but I'll increase that/also try to eat healthier.
I work from 9-3, so I was thinking do the schedule something like this:
Wake up early and run 10 miles (something I have done before on a "normal" week)
Eat breakfast, etc. and then run 5 miles to work
There's a 45 min lunch break, I could try to squeeze in 4 more miles there and then eat lunch
Run 5 miles back home
Then run whatever I need to do to get the total later in the day, so anywhere from 4-10 miles
I think this could be doable, I would get the longest run out of the way in the morning. The evening run could be very relaxed (after I run back from work), and when it's cooler.. so maybe 7-8 PM. Then sleep and repeat. Basically I won't have much of a social life this week either...
