I've been having off and on achilles problems over the last year. I think the reason I haven't fully recovered is due to my achilles still being weak from wearing orthotics. I was thinking that running in a pair of the Free might help me strengthen my feet and achilles so I could put this behind me. I was wondering if anyone who runs in the shoe would agree or has uses the shoe for a similar reason. Please let me know. I'm hoping to run the NYC Marathon and running out of time to keep my training consistent.
