I know some people train in the Racers, but the shoe is not designed for that purpose, so keep that in mind if you try to use it for everyday training. I think it's pretty responsive, even surprisingly so. It's somewhat narrow, I think.
I like the Trainers a lot, but the toe box is too shallow for me, and I've had some bruising/blister issues there.
I've got around 40 miles on the new Glides, and I love them. They're certainly more substantial than the Trainers, but that's good since the Trainers aren't the most durables shoes in the end. They also offer more support than the Trainers, with out being at all restrictive for neutral runners.
The Glides come out sometime in July or August @ $100. The Trainer is not discontinued until October, but I've already seen them at Nike Outlet stores for the low, low price of $89.
