I've started doing track workouts to work on my speed because I want to get on XC instead of continuing with marathons for now.
Got introduced to the track yesterday and shoes (Saucony omni grids) felt loose and unstable. Trying to run on the balls of my feet instead of the heels and coach said something about flats.
I also have a history of ankle/achiles problems. Whats a good flat for me?
