I really don't know what to do these last 3 weeks, if I should taper for 3 or just the last 2...how much, etc...
This is my second marathon and I'm hoping to break 3 hours.
Please tell me what I should do now!?

Many of these runs were on trails, and I made sure to do the longer ones on hilly routes even though the course (www.mississaugamarathon.com) is not as challenging.
On alternate days I do a full body gym workout with squats, chest press, chin ups, shoulder press, curls, hip flex and extension and ab exercises.
Btw: what time do you think I should shoot for?
