Lets just say gets pampered a bit more than the rest of us if we had an injury. It's his fault for getting injured, and what he is doing is definitely more unethical than not.
Anyways, I do not see it working for him in the long term.

You can't just spin your blood down to platelets and re-inject via some drug everytime you get injured.

This whole process sounds about as effective as a cortisone shot.
He won't correct whatever is wrong with his knee unless he corrects the reason for the injury be it mechanics or whatever, he is treating a symptom IMO.
I don't see him going under 13:00 until 2010, but thats just my opinion and I could be dead foolish and wrong.
