You should slap your team mates for doing their easy runs at 8-9 minute pace lol! Our coach would beat the shit out of us for that. Most of our girls run faster than 9 minutes...
Also not sure why you are heavy lifting 4 times a week...but to each his own...
With that said everything else seems really legit w/ur training and what not. Especially w/ur half mary.
I wouldn't be surprised if you go under 33...if not that then at least mid to low 33s.
