I have my regional xc meet this upcoming week and I was anticipating NOT wearing compression shorts as I HAVE worn them in every meet so far this season. When I put my racing shorts on earlier and just jogged around my house for a few minutes I noticed that my package kept going up and down. I was curious if this is what is supposed to happen when you wear the short racing shorts. I was not fully aware that your balls and pe**s are supposed to bounce up and down. Kind of a n00bish question but I was curious lol.. Thanks alot
