I'm just curious, because if you look at this picure of ryan deak, http://dyestat.com/3state/FL/3xc/nov22milersclub.htm , you'll see that he is extremely extremely cut, and has practically no fat on him, and he's producing pretty good results. I know it's hard to not eat a lot, especially when everything tastes so good, but in all honesty, do you guys think that a diet change to lose some fat and get a bit thinner would help a lot of our running? I'm not saying I'm gona go anorexic and never eat, but I'm saying maybe I should eat like 3 moderate sized meals a day, along w/ an accelerade during and endurox after a run, and even if i get hungry between meals, don't eat. just curious, because I'm like 5'10" 139-140 lbs, and I know I coudl lose some weight. Any thoughts? Would losing some weight help? I know I have room to lose.
