Hall is really good, but Ritz is better and will win. Bank on it.
If the weather is cold, Ritz will win by an even bigger margin. The worse the weather, the tougher Ritz becomes. He loves the struggles like I love hamburgers; a lot.
I know you weren't trying to disrespect Hall by saying that Ritz will do better if it is cold, but Hall is quite accustomed to the cold. In Big Bear (where Ryan is from) it ranges from high 5000s to around 6500 ft. It snows a lot and stays pretty cold.
I personally think Ritz will win for fitness purposes, not circumstances. Hall will do very well I am saying top 5.
