Have been suffering from it for 2 years and yes almost have given up. Tried almost everything until just last week...
I started digging my thumb into my calf. I think some people would call what I am doing ART. I did it so hard my calf almost hurt. But guess what after almost 2 years of pain and frustration it feels so much better.
Don't get me wrong I am still not 100% but it actually feels soooooooooooo much better. If you haven't tried this yet just try one last thing.
Have you tried extra-corporeal shockwave therapy. It was a miracle for me - went from not walking to jogging in one day!
