This reminds me of my freshman year in high school during my first cross country practice; a 5 mile time trial. During the run I had these terrible cramps in my forearms and stopped to walk. The coach sees me and pulls over in his station wagon. Coach: "What's wrong?"Me: "Oh, hey Coach, yeah, um, my forearms are really, really hurting..."Coach: "Oh ok, I'll pull over up ahead and you meet me there."Me: "Great, thanks Coach."I jogged over to the spot where he is waiting for me.Coach: "You f*&%$ing pussy! Don't you dare call me coach until you grow some balls. You disgust me you pathetic excuse for a human being. Now start running now!!!!!"Me: Ran the rest of the way in and never suffered from Runners' Forearms again...

Anyone every have runner's elbow injury? Any clues on how it precautions for running? It actually doesn't hurt (for now) when I run, but rather when I make a circular motion with my hand (screwdriver, turn doorknob) or shake hands. Its a very odd injury. I'm glad its not messing with my running, but wonder if it might down the road.
