Hi there, just returning to running after a few years off. Lost interest, got a busy job, starting a family etc- usual pathetic excuses but that is done and now I just look ahead.
Right, so I've put on 30 pounds above my race weight. I know that fat gets burned off, what is going to happen though to the skin - am I going to end up with baggy skin or is 30 pounds not that much? Having baggy skin won't stop me from losing the weight as I have to to regain my health and spirit, but was just interested to know if I've done irreperably damage. Will I ever get that lean and clean feeling again or will I be lean and saggy?
Any others been there done that?
