5 x 1 mile w/ 3 minutes rest in between - 4:55, 4:52, 4:50, 4:46, 4:41
Based off the first workout, could you predict my 1600/3200 time?
And then, how about this workout:
6x800 w/ 2 minutes rest in between - 2:20, 2:18, 2:18, 2:16, 2:13, 2:11
So I was wondering if you could predict my 1600/3200 off of the first workout only, and then off of the 2nd workout only, and then a "combined" workout time. Thanks a lot!
