Where is he and what is going on with his training?
I'm very interested in his training. He has his work cut out for him in the 10K at the trials.

No more work than last summer when he made the Worlds Team. Let's see..minimal races, focused training, home track, home crowd..yeah, don't bet against him not making this team.

I am a huge fan of Galen. I hope he has a good race on the right day. There is so much talent out there in the distance events (Meb, Abdi, Ritz, McD). I hope he wins the whole thing and gets a PR and an American Record.
Did you really just call someone a "dickcheese"? Either you're about 80 years old and thinks that's offensive, or your 8 years old and couldn't think of a good enough insult.
Ok smegma breath what, in your opinion, would be an appropriate insult?

Fanboy alert.
Grammer correction :)
I would bet money that he makes the team!

Nice grammar, dickcheese.
your logic is undeniable
Rupp will probably make the team, doubt he will the trials though. He will probably finish second or third, no matter wha the pace. He can run, just hasn't proven he can win a big race yet (I'm not sure but does he have any national titles, even from high school?)
as for the AR comment, maybe next summer when the focus isnt on the games. Even then it would be in Europe, where he will be able to finish third fourth or fifth and still set the record.
Sparknotes: Doesn't win trials, but makes team, gets AR in Europe next year.
dickweed
he may finish 9-10-11 and get the AR in a euro meet
He is currently on the moon doing altitude training.
WAIT lets get back on topic.
What exactly is this dickcheese made of?
He was down in florida doing sprint training with Brooks Johnson.
Unfortunately, I am NOT kidding.
I hope to god that rupp doesn't listen to that man.

As they say... "ignorance is bliss". Some things are better left unknown.

correct. although it is form and biomechanics training, not really sprint training. If any of this dilweeds took Track & Field News like you and me, they would have known that a month ago.
Rupp was at the Nike campus last week doing a 5 mile tempo run under the watchful eye of renowned distance coach Alberto Salazar:

Rupp is most assuredly in Portland.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
