My training really has been a mixed bag, But I still hope to run in the 2:40 range if the weather cooperates.
This will be my 15th year there, it feels more like a home town race than the races in my home town.
Although when I ran the college 5,000 this last weekend I had the kids I coach, their parents, the college kids, the college coach, and my kids all cheering for me. Go Dad, Go coach V, Go Tim.

I would not want to be in the 55-59 age group in the full marathon, I think three of those guys broke 3:00 last year

What would your PR be, before of course you DECIMATE it? Boston maybe the last race you ever run, don't blow it by being cocky.
My PR is nothing to brag about: 3:13 at Boston in 2006 when I averaged 35-40 miles a week, ran 18:30's for the 5k and 1:27 for the HM. Compare to this year, 55-60 miles a week, 16:45 for the 5k and 1:21 for the HM. These times are also nothing spectacular, but I'll go out on a limb and say that I should do much better at Boston this time around.
