The workout was:
6x800 w/ 2 minutes rest in between
2:40, 2:38, 2:35, 2:34, 2:31, 2:27
Could someone predict my 800, 1600, and 3200 times off of this workout? Thanks!

It's a little hard to predict with no other info. It is a very good workout and indicates great strength. What are your current times for any of those distances?
Looks about 4:35-45 to me for the mile. I don't know about anything else, you need to provide more info.
Hey, thanks for the replies everybody.
One thing is that I'm a girl so I don't know if that would change the predictions.
My previous PRs were 2:19, 4:54 and 10:28. However these were all a while ago (2 months ago), and I feel I have improved in fitness since then.

I did 6x800 2 mins rest recently in 2:42 down to 2:37 and I have recently run 2:10, 4:50, and 10:59...I'm more of a 800/1600 speed guy, so it just depends on what type of runner you are. If you're a typical distance guy, I'd put you around 2:15, 4:45, 10:30
