For the past month or so, I've had weird nausea and fatigue that I can't seem figure out. I've gotten blood work, and nothing came up.
To give you a little profile on myself I'm a 15:20 5ker freshmen in college that runs about 80mpw. I definetly stepped the training up since high school, so am I burning out? Also my training hasn't been on the last 3 weeks because of the nausea and a few nagging injuries(plantar fascitis, tendonitis..small stuff).
This is very annoying, could someone please help me out.
