Lagat, Chepchumba, Komen ... Geb (heh, sub 13 at end of 10 k...). The cheats are all over. But PC dictates that Euros and Arabs are bad guys, Africans good guys..
International sports federations are not interested in political correctness, they only care about one thing: money. Look at XC skiing. They have prostituted themselves completely for tv money. Why would IAAF ban American sprinters whose market value are way higher than a bunch of East Africans who nobody recognizes?
That guy is a fool. He names Komen as a sure thing cheat, but doesn't list Kennedy, who had the same coach and manager. If he's so convinced that Kim was giving drugs to Komen, it stands to reason that he would have done the same to BK. I, however, have no reason to suspect any of Kim's guys.
Plus Komen tested positive for caffine--which is no longer on the banned list.
If you all wait a couple hours I'll have a sortable list of banned runners. Hopefully easier than the crappy wikipedia article.
Komen's caffeine result was determined to be the result of a metabolic condition.
Here's everyone, taken from the IAAF reports, plus the errors that I'm sure I've added. Some people are listed twice if they have more than one positive test or more than one drug in their system.

Your list shows what - those currently banned?

Way to represent the 352!
Interesting how certain groups were caught with the same drug.
When you look down at number of different drugs used to cheat you cant help but wonder if there is ever a chance of having a clean sport.
You're always going to have a portion that are going to try to cheat. But what's good is that in the last five years, a signficant number of those responsible for a lot of the cheating in our sport have been bannished. A few are still around, but recent efforts are mking it too risky to even try. We're light years ahead of most other sports.

That was best rationalization of cheating I'd seen up to that point. Good cover story, etc. He was popped for EPO and then the whole caffeine story was created to eventually get him off easy.
You might want to take out the ones that were 'caught' for non-PED drugs (particularly those that are no longer banned), a list that includes:
