I have been wondering if its ok to have daily mileage longer than the "long" run. For instance, this past week my schedule went like this:
m- 4/10
t- 4/10
w- 5/10
t- 9/7
f- 10
s- 8
S- 14
total 92.
Basically most of my days were 14 or 15 miles with a 17 day. I am just training for the 5k and I heard that 90min for the long run is fine. Is it ok to have days longer than the long run day?
