I just ate an entire box of cereal in one sitting (with plenty of milk). I feel full now, but not uncomfortable or anything. I've found that I seem to be able to put a lot more away than most people without any problem, and it's not just that I'm a runner. I once ate a two pound steak after eating a salad, a few cheesesticks, and a roll of bread. I wasn't even running at the time.
Why the heck can I put so much away? It kind of sucks because it makes overeating really easy to do. It seems like I'm never full.
