Traditionally, Pat bing soo is korean dessert made out of frozen sweetened red beans, shaved ice, and canned fruits, but I've just been experimenting with an all natural version that is really healthy while being tasty too.

1) Soak and cook red or black beans (don't get the beans in a can) Once complete put in a container and put in freezer overnight.
2) Once ready to eat, place frozen beans in bowl. Add frozen blueberries, frozen pinepples, any other fruits (kiwi, mandarian oranges, etc)
3) Adding shaved ice is optional.
That is it.
Great alternative to ice cream.
